A family man and insurance broker for 27 years, Eric Gauthier has always been deeply involved in minor hockey, notably as association president in his region. Owner of the Maniwaki Mustangs in the CPJHL before the pandemic, he was able to transform his commitment to hockey into a real mission.

In 2021, he began guiding players towards new opportunities, thus giving birth to his agency. Three years later, RSA supports athletes at all levels of hockey. Always available and attentive, Éric does not limit himself to sports development: he also supports players in their personal and professional journey.
